Leads the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets).
Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will oversee the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams, ensuring that security protocols are adhered to, and managing project timelines. You will also engage in strategic discussions to enhance security measures and provide solutions to complex security challenges, all while fostering a collaborative environment among team members and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge in security operations. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of security measures and recommend improvements. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on security objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations. - Strong understanding of incident response and threat management processes. - Experience with security monitoring tools and technologies. - Knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements related to security. - Ability to analyze security incidents and provide actionable insights. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 7 year(s) of experience is required
