Custom Software Engineer

Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions, focusing on designing, coding, and enhancing various components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to utilize modern frameworks and agile practices, ensuring the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. - Continuously improve software development processes and methodologies. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance software solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Java Standard Edition. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Application Framework, Spring Boot, Angular. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Java Standard Edition. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
