Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model.
Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to challenges that arise during project execution, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with organizational goals and client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track. - Develop and maintain project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Project Management. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Proficient in risk management and mitigation strategies. - Experience with project scheduling and resource allocation tools. - Ability to analyze project performance metrics and implement improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
