Application Lead

Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project goals are met, providing guidance to your team members, and engaging in problem-solving activities to enhance application performance and user experience. You will also be responsible for making key decisions that impact the project and the team, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to enhance overall performance. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones while maintaining quality standards. - Support team members in their professional development and foster a collaborative work environment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP Development. - Strong understanding of application design principles and software development life cycle. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP applications. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within the SAP ecosystem. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
