Workday Core Integrations Lead
Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage with clients to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and applications. Your typical day will involve addressing client inquiries, diagnosing issues, and collaborating with various teams to implement effective solutions. You will utilize your expertise to maintain high-quality service and support, ensuring that client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement best practices for effective communication and problem resolution.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Strong understanding of integration methodologies and data mapping.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving integration issues.
- Familiarity with Workday reporting and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of API management and web services.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
