Program Project Lead (Capital Markets Regulatory Compliance)

Summary:
As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the delivery of programs or projects to achieve business objectives. Your typical day will involve defining project scope, monitoring execution, and communicating with stakeholders to manage expectations and outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead project planning and execution
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are met
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Capital Markets Regulatory Compliance
- Strong understanding of program and project management principles

- Working or with background in Banking and Financial Services.
- Non-Tech resources with deep exposure and understanding in Industry.
- Resources with experience or background in loans or payments. 
- Experience in managing regulatory compliance projects
- Ability to analyze and interpret regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Capital Markets Regulatory Compliance
- This position is based at our Manila office
