Security Delivery Lead

Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will oversee the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, utilizing our global delivery capability. Your typical day will involve leading project teams, ensuring project success, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. - Oversee project teams and ensure project success. - Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Security Delivery Governance - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Identity Access Management (IAM), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations - Strong understanding of security governance principles. - Experience in managing security delivery projects. - Knowledge of security compliance standards and regulations. - Ability to analyze and mitigate security risks. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in Security Delivery Governance. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 10 year(s) of experience is required
