Summary:
As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Your typical day will involve performing maintenance, enhancements, and development work.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to develop high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth operation of applications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements.
- Assist in the documentation of technical specifications and user manuals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Spring Boot
- Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Experience in building and deploying scalable applications.
- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL queries.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
