CRM: Roles & Responsibilities: - Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. - Assist in the design of software configuration and customization using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to meet business process design and application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful software configuration and customization. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM). - Additional Must To Have Skills: None - Additional Good To Have Skills: ASP.NET MVC - 4 years of experience in software configuration and customization using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. - Solid understanding of software configuration management principles. - Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
