Job Description

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities Resolve partner issues with internal experts. Triage and route messages between partners and internal teams Leverage other internal tools to investigate issues and findings further. Create internal and external documentation. Additional responsibilities Test actual devices, investigate technical issues on Android devices. Communicate partners with issues and follow up over the internal bug tracking tool. Required Qualifications Experience with the following languages: Java, Python, Shell scripts Ability to learn new tools and technologies. Ability to interface with internal and external partner engineering team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to create documentation docs, sheets. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
