Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working on User Experience (UX) Design for Packaged Application Development projects in Manila. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design and develop user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. - Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expertise in User Experience (UX) Design. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. - Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision. - Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful user experiences. - This position is based in Manila. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
