Job Description

Conceptualize, design and prototype innovative digital or physical products. Develop physical, 2D/3D, immersive prototypes and videos for products. Refine product design through iterative user testing documenting and applying feedback on functionality and usability.

Qualifications

You will be part of the ATR Product Development team You will be responsible in developing and/or enhancing product features and providing technical support for a containerized application built with Spring Boot, Flask, and React You will also be responsible for providing expert-level technical support to customers and resolving complex technical issues related to the application Responsibilities: o Development Activities - Design, Build and Test Product Features o Provide expert-level technical support for a containerized application built with Spring Boot, Flask, and React o Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to the application, working closely with other support teams and developers as needed o Serve as a subject matter expert for the application and related technologies, providing guidance and recommendations to other support teams and customers o Analyze system logs and application metrics to identify issues and make recommendations for improvements o Develop and maintain technical documentation related to the application and its support processes o Collaborate with developers to implement solutions and enhancements to the application that address identified issues Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
