Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires collaborating with various stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into functional solutions. The position demands continuous evaluation and enhancement of applications to ensure they support organizational goals effectively, while adapting to evolving business environments and technological advancements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and maintain high-quality standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions within enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and customization to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and workflow automation within integration platforms.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
