You will be part of the Operations Excellence / Business Transformation team, driving end-to-end transformation programs for global healthcare clients. Develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. Translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth.
What are we looking for? • Strong understanding of Healthcare Payer operations (Claims, Membership, Provider, Billing) • Experience in Provider lifecycle (credentialing, enrollment, maintenance) • Exposure to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems • Experience in business transformation and consulting • Exposure to automation (RPA, .NET, low-code/no-code tools) • Exposure to GenAI / Copilot use cases • Ability to build business cases, ROI, and value tracking • Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams • Strong stakeholder engagement with client leadership and delivery teams • Ability to influence decisions and drive execution • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience in process mapping and value stream mapping • Project / Program management experience • Certifications (Lean Six Sigma, PMP) preferred
Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead large-scale transformation initiatives across provider, claims, and membership processes • Define and drive transformation strategy, roadmap, and value realization • Identify and implement automation opportunities (RPA, GenAI, Copilot, .NET solutions) • Engage with senior stakeholders to drive transformation agenda and outcomes • Ensure delivery of productivity, cost optimization, and operational excellence targets • Lead process re-engineering, digital transformation, and innovation initiatives • Drive adoption of data-driven decision making and analytics-led insights • Lead end-to-end transformation programs and portfolios • Own pipeline creation, solutioning, and execution • Drive automation and GenAI adoption across processes • Mentor and guide BT team members • Align transformation initiatives with business goals • Ensure delivery timelines, quality, and measurable outcomes • Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies
