Space Management Associate Manager

Develop & support the strategy of Space Management of Philippine Workplace, working with internal & external clients/customers/stakeholders to find options to effectively utilize and leverage Workplace Solutions assets & infrastructure, such as real estate, life safety, office operations etc. Deliver of all space management and related services (e.g. project or group seat allocations, space allocations, workspace hoteling, conference room bookings, etc), with the primary focus on achieving optimal seat and space utilization, while considering the varied requirements of all workforces.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage or oversee the daily operations of all space-related functions to ensure efficient, good quality and cost-effective delivery of services.

- Work collaboratively and proactively with customer groups to achieve optimal seat and space utilization results, based on varied client demands and available space.

- Develop and manage internal relationships with key contacts from all Accenture customer groups

- Build super-user skills in space management tools such as Seat Management, Centerstone, ACAD, etc.

- Implement appropriate metrics to measure and support space utilization and occupancy

- Plan and lead programs/projects with high complexity in the area of space management

- Plan and implement programs and processes to deliver operational effectiveness targets within the area of space management.

4 year College Degree With experience on the following:

• Operations Management

• Workplace Services/Capacity Planning

• Contract Management With experience on any seat utilization tool (ex. Centerstone) Facilities Supervisor with focus on seat capacity planning/OPEX/CAPEX Capacity Planner/Resource Planners in BPO industry can be considered
