Job Description

• Develop deep knowledge of at least one specific recruitment channel.

• Collaborate with other recruitment experts and manage stakeholders.

• Keep abreast of external marketplace and industry trends and provide information to the recruitment team.

• Communicate with vendors; participate in negotiations and prepare decisions.

• Act as an ambassador for the company in the marketplace.

• Contribute to the identification and analysis of potential opportunities to develop new sources/channels.

• Responsible for generating a consistent flow of resumes to the recruitment team to execute sourcing plan and meet recruitment targets.

• Pre-Screen applications, conducts initial selection, schedule candidates for assessments and interviews.

• Ensure that complete candidate information is forwarded to the Recruitment Team.

• Organize and participate in recruitment events.

• Update Sourcing systems and tools.

• Participate in strategic projects and/or initiatives within Sourcing to gain a better understanding of resource planning process and recruiting demand, marketing messages and provide input where applicable.

• Report on status, effectiveness and quality of specific sourcing channels.


• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree course • Must have at least 3 years of Recruitment experience • Must have sourcing experience • Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process
