HR Associate:
Manage the complete scope of HR services delivered for the respective entity or business, inclusive of internal teams and external HR service providers.

Ensure alignment of delivery to strategic objectives of HR and business. Drive delivery excellence initiatives, using benchmarks and best practices comparisons ensuring consistent high performance service.

Lead and manage Talent Supply Chain, People Services, Total Rewards, Employee Relations and Policies & Transitions within a Geographical Unit.

Recruitment Analyst:
Perform end to end Recruitment services in line with client requirements, liaising with hiring managers, HR and business to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives. Source and pre-qualify candidates that match client requirements, primarily by leveraging technology, including the Internet.Help ensure SLAs are met and clients are managed.
Level 12(HR Associate): • Must be a bachelor's degree holder • With a minimum of 6 months HR related work experience-any facet of HR • Willing to work in Mandaluyong and/or Taguig Level 11(Recruitment Analyst): • Minimum of 2 years experience of managing end to end recruitment in client facing in house recruitment or equivalent agency environment •Relevant experience working within a fast moving & customer goods industry &/or function within geography •Minimum 2 years experience in a highly consumer focused environment •Qualified to a higher educational level (highest schooling qualification prior to & including university) •Demonstrate experience in candidate sourcing from a range of different channels including but not limited to social channels, networking, direct sourcing, internet recruiting, data mining, advertising, employee referrals, competitor contacts & third party vendors /partners •Required experience in competency based interviewing techniques including probing questioning to identify key critical behaviors of candidates •Understand local labour employment law & legislation •Ability to work in a virtual team across a number of geographies •Exposure to and understanding of monitoring service quality and deliver against requirements within given SLAs •Advanced knowledge of standard software packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet)
