Communication Coaches

• Responsible for creating communications activities targeted at improving agent effectiveness and processes.

• Draft and deploy clear, concise and professional communications in a timely

• Coordinate with client and other Quality team members to obtain and clarify content for communications

• Recommend communication methods to requesters based on communication needs

• Develop and deploy communications including, but not limited to, uploading communications to Knowledge Management/Communications Tool (e.g., ACT, ACE, APEX), creating checkpoints based on important communication events, and distributing role aids, desk drops, banners, videos or audio messages

• Document communications processes and provide recommendations to ensure continuous process improvement

• Develop and distribute new agent communications, researching content and obtaining appropriate feedback and reviews as needed

• Initiate Agent Communication changes to improve agent processes and the overall customer experience

• Develop initiatives to address issues in the agent process impacting agent effectiveness and/or the overall customer experience
Communication Coaches • Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree preferably with BPO experience • Undergraduates with the required relevant work experience are welcome to apply • At least 3 years of experience in coaching or training • Preferably with experience in handling other communication coaches or trainers • Excellent English communication, presentation and facilitation skills • Strong interpersonal, customer service, leadership and motivational skills • Good listening, problem solving and decision making Skills • Highly organized, detail-oriented, patient & action-oriented • Ability to work under pressure ensuring that timelines are achieved • Willing work on a shifting schedule and on holidays as needed
