Junior Level: • At least 1 year of experience in IT delivery and architecture. • Ability to document use cases, solutions and recommendations • Ability to work in environments with competing and alternating priorities and a constant focus on delivery Mid-Level: • At least 2-4 years of experience in IT delivery and architecture. • Ability to implement and document use cases, solutions and recommendations • Ability to work in environments with competing and alternating priorities and a constant focus on delivery • Proven ability to balance business demands and IT fulfillment in terms of standardization. • Proven ability to relate and adapt vision and strategy to the external environment that affects the organization in terms of economic climate, customer market demand, regulation and other legalities, geography, political, culture, labor, technology. Senior Level: • At least 5-8 years of experience in IT delivery and architecture, of which at least 1-3 years as an implementation lead, and at least 1-3 years of relevant discipline experience • Ability to upwardly influence the strategic direction of business IT solutions • Ability to benchmark systems, analyze system bottlenecks and propose solutions to eliminate them; reducing risk and increasing IT flexibility • Successful record building and leading an enterprise data architecture discipline • Expert in data warehousing, database administration, data platform integration
