- Job description

-Receive and log customer problem/request/issues and ensure proper documentation
-Perform initial level of problem identification and attempt to resolve whenever possible
-Document all troubleshooting efforts in the ticket and make prompt notification to responsible party for resolution
-Install & troubleshoot various Desktops, Workstations & Servers
-Install & troubleshoot various operating systems
-Knowledge of system optimization for good system performance
-Removal of different types of viruses, malicious software’s and spy wares
Spanish Bilingual Associate -Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree -Undergraduates with relevant work experience are welcome to apply -At least 2 years' work experience in Desktop/IT help desk/Service Desk support -Certification in Microsoft Certified Professional is an advantage -Basic knowledge on Infrastructure Services -Excellent Spanish communication skills -Good English communication skills -Proficient in MS Office applications -Good analytical skills -Willing to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules and extended working hours
