Job Description

Overall Purpose

Define and set the overall strategy for the development & utilization of specific sourcing channels based on the Recruiting targets and budget. Provide sourcing capabilities for large or multiple Client Group, OU, Capability Group and manage the sourcing process for a large recruiting demand.


Create and refine the workforce and channel¡¦s sourcing plans as needed

„X Recognize and monitor external marketplace trends and adjust overall sourcing strategy to ensure the continued ability to hire best people.

„X Manage contact with external vendors/agencies and contract negotiations

„X Collaborate with DTE Recruitment Leads, DTE TSC and Recruitment Marketing to understand recruiting demand, develop and customize marketing messages and share best practices

„X Ensure that sourcing processes are effective, recommend and implement process improvements

„X Manage the company¡¦s image in the marketplace

„X Contribute to the strategy for building competitor intelligence

„X Identify and analyze the potential of new sourcing opportunities and identify new channels where supply outstrips demand

„X Influence decisions made affecting the sourcing/recruiting organization

„X Participate in strategic projects impacting the Sourcing/Recruiting or GS organization

„X Manage team to execute the Sourcing Plan and meet targets

„X Report on status and effectiveness of sourcing progress/metrics to stakeholders

Provide external marketplace intelligence and trend analyses to DTE Recruitment Lead


At least 5 years of relevant experience. BPO setup is a plus. Excellent communication skills Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
