Cross GU Recruitment Reports Associate
• Generate easy to understand report and analysis for Recruitment leads and leadership for the stakeholders to see the overall output of Recruitment strategies, actions that need to be taken.
• Assist in the asset enablement of the Recruiters organization to define, manage, measure, and meet the customers’ expectations.
• Manipulate Recruitment Data to deliver HR Metrics
• Monitor and close requests in requisition site for assets and analytics
• Develop new report and analysis and conduct knowledge transition before implementation
• Extract and Download big data from HR platforms
• Log and monitor asset requests in ARIBA & myexpresslane
• Responsible for Recruitment Center enhancements and issues
• Work closely to our IT team for better understanding of the requirements and meeting deadlines of deployment
• Participate in the ISMS and BCM audit
• Provide analysis and interpretation of the data gathered
• Graduate of a 4yr course • SKILLS o Proficient in MS Excel o Interaction Management o Critical Thinking and Problem Solving Skills (Analytics) o Not required but Infographics is an edge Average English Communication skills Background in end-end BPO recruitment
