- Increase client/customer or user satisfaction

- Maintain and manage forecasting guidelines

- Create re-usable solutions, processes or work products

- Respond to and close all business inquiry items related to all forecasting activities

- Understand the pipeline of new business and work closely with the DTEs to capture expected growth and reflect the same in forecast plan

- Forecast capacity view of resource demand which includes forecasting consensus demand, talent segment mix, pyramid mix by talent segments, chargeable supervised FTE demand across talent segments and DTEs

- Forecast capacity view of resource supply which includes forecasting attrition, new joiners, promotions, other movements (e.g. transfers) and productivity (target chargeability) of different talent segments

- Establish and maintain ongoing dialogue with Resource Pool and Client Supply Demand Teams to provide input and align resource pool view to capacity view forecasts. Additionally, this role must understand bottom up changes for input into next capacity view forecast cycle

- Predict chargeability by supply demand balancing actions across resource pools

- Understand and communicate key linkages and impacts between RFP and other processes

- Understand and reflect business requirements in the process design and develop process timeline, communications, and toolkit

- Determine, develop, execute innovative solutions and best practices to address business requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably business/commerce or Human Resource Management - Experience in analysis and solving of moderately complex problems. May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures. - Extensive experience in Resource Cap Forecasting Planning
