Training and Development (Business Interlock Analyst)

- Job description

The Business Interlock Analyst works with the Business Interlock Manager to provide assistance to all of our Business Interlock Specialists and Senior Specialists in tasks related to Learning.

Perform tasks related to myLearning such as:
- Update myLearning course content
- Update roadmaps found in myLearning
- Update training curriculums
- Track enrollment compliance
- Assist in validating and releasing training-related communications
- Represent AL BI in myLearning programs (pilot and actual implementation)
- Generate reports and simple analysis of said reports

Coordinate learning sessions
- Assist in reservation and cancellation of Adobe Connect sessions
- Assist in collaborating with Accenture Learning teams such as AL Content Development, AL Content Delivery, etc.

Maintain learning assets
- Assist in gathering content for new and existing learning assets
- Assist in the development of the learning asset itself in coordination with the proper teams
- Assist in updating existing assets with new content
• Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, adult learning or equivalent experience • Some business acumen • Excellent time management skills • Collaborative work style; willing to coach and to be coached by others • Able to work independently across a broad range of activities • Basic understanding of the types of capability solutions available and when they are best used • Maintain a positive attitude in the face of difficult situations • Relentlessly drive progress on several initiatives at the same time; influence people to get things done • Continually focus on value-added activities and continuous improvement • Ability to build positive relationships with others, including SMEs and sponsors • Cultural awareness • Experience in one or more capability enablement disciplines (e.g., learning, knowledge management, collaboration). • Capability Enablement disciplines (collaboration, learning, and/or knowledge management) • Customer service-orientation and networking skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Metrics tracking and reporting • Program/Project coordination
