* Implements and manages company’s anticorruption compliance program (Leadership; Standards & Controls; Training & Communication; Auditing, Monitoring & Response; and Risk Assessments in Asia Pacific

* Drives the implementation of Accenture’s anticorruption compliance program initiatives in Asia Pacific

* Provides objective, focused, practical advice and solutions to the company's businesses and Legal Professionals regarding compliance with anticorruption laws, Code of Business Ethics and company’s anticorruption

* Collaborates with Legal colleagues and the business in Asia Pacific to identify, analyze and mitigate anticorruption risks

* College or Law Graduate * At least 7 years of experience as an anticorruption law attorney * Deep knowledge of compliance and ethics framework for global corporations in connection with anticorruption law issues and programs; * Deep knowledge of anticorruption laws and regulatory systems around the world and, in particular, in Asia Pacific; * Extensive experience developing anticorruption compliance programs, including preparing policies and internal controls; conducting anticorruption training; responding to government investigations; and drafting and reviewing contracts; * Good judgment, an ability to prioritize and make decisions, and a high level of common sense, including the ability to see around the corner and spot risks before they materialize; * Good business acumen, knowledge of Accenture’s business strategy (or similar business strategy at another company if experienced hire); * Ability to synthesize complex legal analysis into clear recommendations; * Good executive presence and the ability to work effectively with the senior business leaders at Accenture, partners from law firms; * Strong writing and negotiation skills
