- Job description

• Liaise directly with internal customers and CNCC service teams to plan and help deliver requests.
• Schedule and manage scoping and checkpoint calls with customers and CNCC service teams.
• Monitor the team’s shared mailbox to manage new requests and reply to queries.
• Collaborate with CNCC Operations Manager and Team Leads to manage request pipeline and monitor service team capacity.
• Create and update requests in the team request tracker tool, including details of scope, deadlines, type of request, etc.
• Request and process customer feedback on completed requests.
• Work effectively in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a professional approach at all times.
• Troubleshoot and/or escalate issues appropriately
Minimum of one year of experience as a business and/or communications writer in the English language. § Excellent command of business and promotional language, both written and spoken. § Good knowledge of standard editorial guidelines. § Experience in internal business marketing and communications. § Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with senior management. § A high level of competence with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. § Excellent cross-discipline communication skills. § Strong problem solving and decision making abilities. Work Experience: Someone with solid background editorial, writing & proofreading Skills Required/Technologies: 3 to 4 yrs. relative experience
