Job Description

     Support the day to day operation of a highly available distributed multi-clustered multi tenant Splunk deployment
     Support onboarding and maintenance of a wide variety of data sources to include various OS, appliance, and application logs
     Create queries, dashboards, and visualizations to support customer requirements and monitoring of the Splunk deployment
     Create and manage Splunk knowledge objects to include apps, dashboards, saved and scheduled searches and alerts
     Support access requests and modifications and permissions
     Support troubleshooting and remediation of issues as they arise with data ingestion and Splunk infrastructure


Job Description
     An excellent opportunity for an aspiring IT professional that wants to make an immediate impact on the deployment and maintenance of enterprise Security Information and Event Management SIEM technology. You will work directly with experienced Systems and Splunk Engineers, as well as customers, in order to effectively manage critical data from across a wide range of client-based infrastructure.
     Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant fields
     At least 1 year of experience performing Splunk administration
     Experience with managing Splunk roles and permissions
     Experience with Splunk knowledge objects such as apps, dashboards, saved and scheduled searches and alerts
     Experience with data onboarding and ensuring appropriate time stamping and data parsing
     Strong administrative and communication skills
     Preferred Skills or Good to have
     Splunk Certifications
     Experience on Linux admin, shell scripting, python scripting, Splunk certification power user, power shell scripting
