- Job description

•Create and manage dial plans and routes for cloud PBX
     •Request, assign and manage telephone numbers
     •Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 incidents related to user account administration
     •Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 incidents with desktop application
     •Troubleshoot call quality issues and engage with other Association Third Parties as required.
     •Resolve L2 incidents related to Ring Central Office performance and functionality, raise incidents to the Association’s Third Party as required
     •Maintain technical and environment administration documentation used to support Ring Central Office
     •Maintain skills needed to support Ring Central Office
     •Maintain day-to-day working relationships with the Association Third Parties as required to deliver the Base Services
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant field
    
     - Experience in Avaya plus VoIP and OBX
