Job Description

Lead creative, business analysis, and technical teams in user research
     Define requirements, create personas/profiles, user scenarios/flows, design concepts, navigation models, wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and perform usability testing.


2 to 6 years of experience working with global clients providing UI UX solutions
     Training in design or relevant subject
     Exceptional portfolio demonstrating passion, creative skills, sophisticated design solutions, brand application and attention to detail
     Experienced in creative, user experience, and front-end development best practices
     Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
     Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and accessibility
     Experience designing for multiple platforms such as web, touch, mobile
     Understanding and experience with development processes on large, enterprise level projects, such a corporate intranets, portals and web based applications
     A passion for technological innovation and strategic thinking across platforms and disciplines
     Ability to take complex design briefs and business requirements and translate them into simple and user friendly solutions
     Fluent in English, oral and written
     Nice to have
     Experience working within a global team, including offshore design and development teams.
     Experience with Microsoft tools and technologies such as SharePoint, Expression Blend, Silverlight, Windows Phone, Windows 8
     Motion design
     Knowledge of, and experience with usability, interaction design and user experience design. This includes contextual enquiry, conceptual design, use of scenarios and user profiles, and user testing
