The Applications Solutions Specialist will coordinate release change management for production clients. This position will entail Planning and scheduling of configuration migrations with both internal external resources SQL script execution troubleshooting.   Production hot fix coordination.   Maintaining change logs for multiple customers. The Applications Solutions Analyst will possess the requisite skill set to troubleshoot the most difficult of issues. Additionally the Applications Solutions Specialist will work with the internal departments of Mortgage Cadence to ensure that issues escalated outside of Product Support are resolved and communicated back to the customer.
- A minimum of 3 years experience performing mortgage technology client support 
- A minimum of 5 years experience in an advanced application or technical support role 

Preferred Qualifications: 
- SQL script execution troubleshooting 
- Proficient in SQL 
- Server Management Studio SSMS 
- Familiar with DSP model and workflow 
 - Additional Preferred Skill Requirements
 - Advanced diagnostic skills 
 - Broad range of Mortgage knowledge including Retail, Wholesale, Correspondent and Direct to Consumer industry processes. 
 - A strong understanding of internet and network technologies XML, TCP IP, Browsers, SOAP, HTTPS, FTP, IIS. 
- Strong understanding of system architecture Release Management Change Management experience.
