Accenture Interactive Operations professionals help our clients achieve increased operational efficiency and effectiveness for direct marketing communications.  In addition, our professionals design marketing programs that help our clients achieve their acquisition, growth and retention objectives across B2C, B2B and B2B2C business models.  These technologies typically include campaign management, lead and/or loyalty management, content management, and data management solutions.  

 

Job Description

 

The Analytics and Modeling Specialist will lead and assume ownership of commercial pharma analytics and the various internal and 3rd party data sources which are involved.   They will also play the role of onshore point of contact for two therapeutic areas within the client.  This person will be working on advanced statistical techniques by finding relationships between multiple variables.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day to day communication with clients, taking the requirement for any report, project or ad-hoc request, sharing the insights and findings with client teams
  • Manage stakeholder and client management, issue resolution during the day and escalation management
  • Take part in projects by using quantitative methods and drive actionable insights and outcomes from data.
  • Provide regular status update to clients on accuracy, timelines and utilization of team on regular basis
  • Work with offshore team and clarifying any doubts and questions which they have while working on a project

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics
  • Minimum of 2 years of working with analytics in the Life Sciences industry

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline (business/finance/economics/engineering/ mathematics) or equivalent
  • Experience with technologies such as SAS or Tableau
  • Experience working on a marketing project
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in Access, PowerPoint, and Word preferred

  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
