Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Document Specialist, ANS
THE WORK:
- You'll manage and process project documentation, including Turnover Packages (TOP), engineering drawings, vendor submissions, and other related files.
- You'll use Procore to upload, organize, track, and maintain project records, ensuring easy access and up‑to‑date documentation.
- You'll coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely submission and approval of documentation.
- You'll review and verify documentation for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with project standards.
- You'll collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in documentation and provide progress updates.
- You'll maintain a comprehensive filing system to support project handover and closeout requirements.
- You'll generate periodic reports on documentation status, pending submissions, and approvals
$70,000 - $95,000 a year
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience as a Document Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in a construction or engineering project environment
- Proficiency in using Procore for document management
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Familiarity with technical documentation, including engineering drawings and project sub-missions, is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
