RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Strategy & Governance:
o Develop and implement a standardized project management methodology (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) tailored to the needs of the Operations team.
o Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, including project charters, status reporting, risk management, and change control procedures.
o Ensure all projects align with the strategic goals of the Operations team and the wider organization.

•    Portfolio Management:
o Manage the project portfolio, including prioritization, resource allocation, and dependency management across various initiatives.
o Create and maintain a centralized project dashboard for visibility into project status, milestones, risks, and resource utilization.
o Conduct regular portfolio reviews with leadership to provide updates and make strategic recommendations.

•    Execution & Oversight:
o Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for key operational initiatives, from initiation to closure.
o Act as a hands-on project manager for complex or high-priority projects as needed.
o Provide expert guidance and support to project managers on the team, helping them navigate challenges and ensure successful delivery.

•    Communication & Reporting:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications with stakeholders, including executive leadership.
o Prepare and present regular reports on project performance, portfolio health, and resource forecasting.
o Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Job Qualifications:

- 8-12 years of relevant work experience in project management

- 5 years of managerial/leadership experience

- Open to resources from any BPO industry

- Project Management Professional (certifications are good to have)
