You Are:
You are a customer-focused, relationship-driven professional who is passionate about helping customers achieve meaningful business outcomes. You combine strong business acumen with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, enabling them to build trust with stakeholders at all levels. You are proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while using data to identify opportunities, mitigate risk, and drive customer success. A collaborative team player, you work effectively across Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Support to deliver an outstanding customer experience and contribute to customer retention and growth.
The Work:
Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and serve as the primary post-sale relationship owner
Drive customer onboarding, adoption, engagement, and long-term success
Develop success plans and conduct regular business reviews aligned to customer goals
Monitor account health, proactively mitigate risk, and execute retention strategies
Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales on renewals and growth
Track customer outcomes, adoption metrics, and key performance indicators to drive value realization
Here’s What You Need:
A minimum of five years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role
Excellent relationship management, communication and problem-solving skills including fluent German and English
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate customer goals into measurable outcomes
Experience managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Willingness to travel, depending on business and client needs
