Full Stack Engineer
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions aligned with business requirements
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces and robust back-end services
• Implement and manage application lifecycle management (ALM) practices to ensure code quality and traceability
• Utilize GitLab for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative development
• Apply secure coding standards and ensure compliance with structured delivery frameworks
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization
• Contribute to deployment activities using standardized environments and processes such as Ship-Hats
Required Qualifications
• Experience in full stack application development across front-end and back-end technologies
• Hands-on experience working within Singapore public sector environments or similar regulated industries
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools and practices
• Practical experience using GitLab for source control and CI/CD processes
• Familiarity with structured deployment frameworks such as Ship-Hats
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in collaborative, team-based environments
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, APIs)
• Familiarity with secure development and regulatory compliance requirements
• Understanding of Agile or DevOps delivery methodologies
