Accenture is seeking a Semiconductor Manufacturing Digital Process Transformation Analyst to support SAP-enabled manufacturing transformation initiatives within semiconductor and high-tech industries. This role focuses on helping organizations improve manufacturing, engineering, costing, commercial, and project execution processes through SAP S/4HANA and related digital technologies.
Working alongside experienced consultants and project teams, you will contribute to ERP transformation programs, process optimization initiatives, and manufacturing system integration efforts while developing deep expertise in semiconductor manufacturing operations and SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ERP-driven manufacturing and engineering transformation initiatives for semiconductor and high-tech clients.
• Assist in the design, analysis, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions across Manufacturing, Finance, Project Systems, Sales, Customer Service, and Master Data domains.
• Contribute to process assessments, current-state and future-state process mapping, business requirements gathering, and solution documentation.
• Support integration activities between SAP and manufacturing platforms, including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and related operational technologies.
• Participate in data validation, system testing, defect tracking, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Prepare project deliverables including functional specifications, process flows, business analysis documents, test scripts, training materials, and status reports.
• Support stakeholder workshops, meetings, and project governance activities by documenting requirements, decisions, risks, and action items.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, procurement, finance, and information technology functions.
• Contribute to internal knowledge assets, industry research, and continuous improvement initiatives related to semiconductor manufacturing and digital transformation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SAP and manufacturing environments, preferably within semiconductor or high-tech industries.
• Functional experience in at least one SAP domain:
  • Production Planning (PP)
  • Controlling (CO)
  • Project Systems (PS)
  • Sales & Distribution (SD)
  • Customer Service (CS)
  • Master Data Management (MDM)
• Experience supporting SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, or application support projects.
• Understanding of manufacturing business processes, production planning, costing, project management, or commercial operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional project teams.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• SAP certification in CO, PS, PP, SD, MDM, or related modules.
• Experience with SD and Vistex solutions for pricing, rebates, incentives, and commercial settlements.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including wafer fabrication, assembly, testing, materials manufacturing, or OSAT operations.
• Familiarity with MES, APS, SPC, traceability, equipment integration, and manufacturing analytics platforms.
• Understanding of product costing, variance analysis, yield management, engineering change management, and manufacturing cost drivers.
• Experience developing functional specifications, process maps, user training materials, and business transformation documentation.
