You are a rigorous, business-minded analyst who believes that a great insight is only as valuable as the clarity with which it is communicated. You build insights outputs that lead with the business implication, not just the methodology. You look for patterns in campaign data that nobody asked you to find and bring them forward as recommendations.
You manage multiple deliverables simultaneously without losing accuracy or missing deadlines, and you approach pace and prioritization as skills to be developed — not pressures to be absorbed.
The Job
As Data Manager, Retail & Commerce Media, you will own the analysis, reporting, and audience work that powers advertiser relationships across the the buy and sell sides of commerce media. You will develop and deliver post-campaign measurement reports, build and activate audience segments, support advertiser pitches with data-driven insights, and maintain the reporting infrastructure and cadences that keep clients informed and confident.
You will work closely with the Product, Engineering, and Data leaders to execute against the measurement and data product strategy and partner with Go to Market and Client teams to translate client business questions into analytical frameworks. This role emphasizes analytical rigor, delivery reliability, and proactive insight generation.
Responsibilities:

Deliver post-campaign reporting and insights packages on time and to a high standard across a portfolio of advertiser accounts

Build, QA, and activate audience segments strategy for campaign targeting and measurement

Support client teams with data assets, audience insights, and measurement narratives for proposals and RFPs

Maintain and improve dashboard and reporting infrastructure using Looker, Tableau, or comparable BI platforms

Apply ROAS, sales lift, and incrementality methodologies to campaign measurement and accurately communicate results to advertiser and agency partners

Identify proactive insights from campaign and audience data that strengthen advertiser relationships and support renewal conversations

Partner with Product and Engineering to improve data quality, reporting tooling, and measurement automation

Support clean room and privacy-safe data collaboration workflows under the

Contribute to reusable reporting templates, audience frameworks, and measurement best practices across engagements
Must Have:
-
5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or measurement in retail, e-commerce, media, or ad tech
-
4+ years of hands-on experience in SQL and Python, in Looker, Tableau, or comparable BI platforms
-
1+ years experience in retail media using measurement concepts including ROAS, sales lift, incrementality, and audience match rates
