Overview

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join a rapidly growing ad operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the trafficking of programmatic private marketplace (PMP) advertising campaigns for advertisers across the globe. We are looking for candidates who have some knowledge or experience within digital advertising. These persons will be supporting all in-flight and post-campaign reporting needs for advertisers and must possess strong communications skills to engage with account managers and external partners. Above all, these individuals are problem-solvers with can do attitudes, they care deeply about the details, and are comfortable working with clients independently (or with minimal guidance).

Job Description

  • Partner with internal account management and sales to verify deal details and ensure deal information flows through Ads Suite:

    • Support creation of Ads, their implementation, trafficking as well as reporting of Ad campaigns.

    • Address issues or tasks assigned to them through ticketing systems, via Emails or Chat.

  • Perform daily monitoring of campaign pacing and performance, proactively identifying problem areas that might require follow-ups with partners and account managers based on the types of attention required for each deal:

    • Being able to identify critical and complex issues to the next level for resolution

    • Query management

    • Accountable for closing customer (internal or external) inquiries regarding Ad campaigns, and provide additional clarifications as requested by Account Manager or Advertiser

  • Serve as a partner for frontline account managers to communicate with clients to ensure all the campaigns are live and running with the campaign target date.

  • QA campaign details such as clients campaign goals, budgets, flight dates and any other information that is necessary to correctly complete client reports.

  • Adhere to internal standard methodology guidelines, processes, and operating cadences as established by ad ops team.

Requirements and Preferred Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in digital advertising, marketing, or business.

  • Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience in ad operations, account management, campaign management or customer service within advertising industry.

  • Highly proficiency in English, both written and spoken

  • Flexible to support 24/7 rotational shift.

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and project management skills, and the ability to work independently.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

  • Previous knowledge in ad operations and the programmatic landscape, especially with Google Ad Manager and/or The Trade Desk, is preferrable.

​The role is available to start immediate or within a month. Role will be starting off as contract 1 or 2 years before possibility of conversion to permanent (Subject to performance).
