Job Title - S&C-IMU Data & AI Senior Manager

Management Level: 06 – Senior Manager 

Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore

We are looking for experienced professionals who combine strong functional/business understanding with the ability to shape and drive AI-powered transformation engagements.

This role is ideal for leaders who can:

  • Understand complex business problems across functions and industries
  • Identify where AI, analytics, and data can create measurable business value
  • Translate business priorities into scalable AI-led solutions and transformation programs
  • Engage confidently with senior business stakeholders and lead cross-functional consulting teams

The role does not require deep technical expertise in AI/ML engineering. Instead, we are looking for professionals who can act as the bridge between business strategy and AI-enabled execution.

Must have skills:

  • Strong consulting and business problem-solving experience
  • Experience driving Data & AI-led transformation programs
  • Functional expertise in one or more areas:
    • Sales & distribution Analytics
    • Commercial Analytics
    • Marketing & Customer Analytics
    • Supply Chain & Operations
  • Ability to conceptualize AI/GenAI use cases for business problems
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Experience working with global clients and senior leadership teams
  • Understanding of analytics, predictive modeling, and AI-driven decision-making

Good to have skills:

  • Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, and advanced analytics programs
  • Familiarity with technicals tools like Python, Power BI/Tableau, Spark, or cloud-based
  • Understanding of modern data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Experience collaborating with data science and engineering teams

Job summary

As a Data & AI Senior Manager within the India Market Unit, you will help clients unlock business value through AI, analytics, and data-driven transformation. You will work closely with business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities, shape AI-led solutions, and drive execution across consulting and delivery teams.

You will play a critical role in connecting business strategy with AI capabilities — helping clients reimagine processes, improve decision-making, and accelerate growth through intelligent solutions.

This role requires a strong balance of:

  • Transformation program leadership

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client business priorities, growth agenda, and industry challenges
  • Identify opportunities where AI, GenAI, analytics, and automation can create measurable business impact
  • Shape AI-led transformation roadmaps and business solutions
  • Lead client discussions and workshops with business and functional stakeholders
  • Translate business problems into actionable analytics and AI initiatives
  • Partner with data science, engineering, and platform teams to drive solution execution
  • Drive consulting-led engagements across strategy, analytics, and AI transformation
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Lead proposal development, solutioning, and business case creation.
  • Mentor teams and help build AI consulting capabilities within the practice
  • Stay informed on emerging AI trends, industry use cases, and market innovations

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience in predictive analytics and data science modeling.
  • Hands-on expertise with at least one major analytics product/platform.
  • Strong understanding of big data, data lakes, machine learning, and conversational AI.
  • Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Prior consulting experience, preferably with exposure to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Build, train, and deploy data science models using Python, Spark, and cloud platforms.
  • Drive analytics initiatives using platform-/cloud-based approaches.
  • Ability to articulate a clear point of view on analytics trends and services.

Experience: Minimum 14+ years of relevant experience Prior experience in strategy, analytics consulting, digital transformation, or AI-led business transformation preferred

Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or post graduate degree in management (PGDM)
