You Are:

An experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant with strong AMS and post-go-live support experience. You are comfortable operating in a high-priority, fast-paced environments and can quickly integrate into ongoing engagements while delivering value from day one. You bring strong stakeholder management skills and a proactive mindset to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

The Work:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant to support a high priority AMS engagement with a global client. This role requires quickly ramping into an active environment and supporting ongoing operations and stabilization efforts.

  • Supporting knowledge transfer activities and ensuring a smooth transition from the incumbent team
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and system issues across SuccessFactors modules
  • Maintaining documentation, runbooks, and adherence to SLA and ITIL processes
  • Identifying process improvements and implementing enhancements to improve system performance
  • Partnering with stakeholders to provide updates, address issues, and drive continuous improvement
  • This role requires to be onsite in local office 3 days per week. Preferred location: Montreal, Canada.

Here's what you need:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, including AMS or post-go-live support environments
  • Hands-on experience with at least two SuccessFactors modules (e.g., EC, recruiting, LMS, Performance & Goals, Compensation)
  • Strong understanding of global HR processes and system integrations
  • Experience supporting knowledge transfer (KT) and vendor transitions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus points if:

  • Industry experience in beauty, retail, or consumer goods
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)


Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
