You are:

A Finance Platform Transformation leader with strong experience delivering Cloud ERP and EPM-enabled transformations. You bring a combination of functional finance expertise and platform delivery experience, helping clients modernize finance operating models through scalable technology solutions.

You are known for:

  • Translating complex finance challenges into platform-driven solutions (ERP/EPM)

  • Leading teams through end-to-end finance transformation journeys

  • Advising senior stakeholders on finance technology strategy and roadmap

  • Driving adoption of modern finance platforms (planning, consolidation, reporting, analytics)

You are also passionate about helping organizations—especially in the public sector—leverage digital finance platforms to improve efficiency, compliance, and insights, while contributing to practice growth.

The work

  • Lead Finance Platform Transformation engagements, from strategy through implementation

  • Define and deliver target finance architectures leveraging Cloud ERP and EPM platforms

  • Build transformation roadmaps across planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and analytics

  • Guide clients in platform selection, design, and implementation (ERP & EPM)

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery, including solution design, integration, testing, and deployment

  • Drive process optimization and automation across core finance processes (e.g., FP&A, record-to-report)

  • Manage engagement risk, delivery quality, and client relationships

  • Support business development, proposals, and CFO advisory conversations

  • Coach and mentor team members, fostering innovation and growth

What you’ll need

  • 7+ years of experience in finance transformation and/or consulting

  • 7+ years of experience across core finance functions (FP&A, reporting, close, forecasting)

  • 3+ years of experience leading projects, workstreams, or teams

  • Proven experience with finance platform transformations (ERP and/or EPM)

  • Strong understanding of finance operating models, processes, and data structures

  • Comfort working in a hybrid client delivery model (typically 1–3 days per week on‑site, increasing during go‑lives; travel may scale up to ~80% in peak delivery phases)

Bonus points:

  • Hands-on experience with OneStream (implementation, configuration, or delivery)

  • Experience with Oracle Finance / Oracle Cloud ERP / Oracle EPM solutions

  • Experience delivering end-to-end EPM or ERP implementations

  • Exposure to planning, consolidation, and reporting platforms (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion, Oracle EPM)

  • Experience designing finance data models, workflows, and reporting architectures

  • MBA, CPA, or other advanced finance/technology credentials

  • Bachelor’s degree


Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
