About the Role

We are looking for a Business Process Consultant (BPC) with strong expertise in ServiceNow and a solid understanding of business process management in an agile delivery environment. As a BPC, you bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, helping clients optimize and advise on ServiceNow platform usage, improve processes, and deliver value through innovative solutions.

You will work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, developers, and project managers across all the modules available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into clear ServiceNow solutions.
  • Support clients in process analysis, optimization, and documentation in alignment with ServiceNow best practices
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions with business users.
  • Assist in building user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows within Agile/SAFe delivery.
  • Provide functional expertise across ServiceNow modules depending on project needs.
  • Participate in testing, UAT support, and training sessions to ensure adoption and user enablement.
  • Participate on the release/deploymentem/hypercare phase
  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers and Solution Architects to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the ServiceNow delivery center, including knowledge sharing, templates, and standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Consultant, or Functional Consultant (preferably in ServiceNow projects).
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes; exposure to other modules like HR or SPM is a plus.
  • Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
  • Ability to create process documentation, workflows, and requirement specifications.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills for client-facing workshops.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform at functional/consulting level (configuration knowledge is a plus).
  • Ability to quickly understand the clients industry
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.

Nice-to-Have

  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, ITSM Implementation Specialist).
  • ITIL 4 Foundation or similar certification.
  • Experience in change management, training, or adoption support.
  • Previous consulting experience in an international environment.
