What You’ll Do 

- Serves as a connector between business needs and technical delivery, designing scalable, cloud-native architectures that leverage data engineering, AI/ML, and Generative AI (GenAI) to deliver business value;

- Coordinate execution between local and international teams; 

- Ensure alignment with platform architecture and governance; 

- Oversee data quality, observability and performance standards; 

- Support delivery planning, risk management and escalation;

- Design and validate end‑to‑end data and AI solutions;

- Act as a technical bridge between business and engineering teams;

- Design end-to-end AI and data solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) leveraging modern tools like Databricks or Snowflake;

- Design AI-enabled workflows involving agentic logic, prompting, and human-in-the-loop steps;

- Define data pipelines, storage, and lakehouse architectures; 

- Conduct and develop AI solution to validate design concepts, using low-code/no-code or full-code platforms (e.g., Python/Scala);

- End‑to‑end system and data flow design;

- Observability, monitoring and incident awareness;

- Stakeholder alignment and expectation management; 

- Delivery tracking, prioritization and reporting.

What You Bring

- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a comparable technical field;

- More than 10 years of relevant work experience;

- Relevant team lead experience and lead responsibilites; 

- Experience in stakeholder management;

- Proven experience with Databricks, Spark, and MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow); 

- Familiarity with LLMs, Agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain), and RAG architectures;

- Experience in regulated environments (FS); 

- Professional English (C1 Level required in spoken and written);  

- French or Dutch is a plus;

- Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders;  

- Strong collaboration skills within distributed and cross‑functional teams;

- Proactive mindset with a high sense of ownership and accountability;

- Structured approach to incident and problem management;

- Ability to prioritize workload efficiently in a dynamic environment
