WHO WE ARE

Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services. We offer solutions and assets across Strategy & Consulting, Technology, Operations, Industry X and Accenture Song.

THE WORK

As a Senior Embedded C++ AUTOSAR Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping embedded software solutions by taking ownership of firmware architecture and contributing to high‑quality, maintainable systems.

  • Own the architecture of MCU firmware and AUTOSAR Classic components.

  • Discuss and review architecture internally and with customers.

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve software components such as RTE, COM, and PDU Routing, including code generators, tests, and documentation.

  • Review and approve requirements, architecture, design, code, tests, and documentation across the development lifecycle.

  • Apply a code‑first approach using modern C++ (C++11 and newer), without reliance on commercial AUTOSAR configuration or modeling tools.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office—depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in‑person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Work on complex embedded and automotive software projects, strengthening your expertise in modern C++ and AUTOSAR Classic.

  • Collaborate with experienced engineers in an environment that supports continuous learning and technical growth.

  • Contribute to architecture‑level decisions and see the direct impact of your work on production‑grade systems.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Advanced knowledge of modern C++ (C++11 or newer) applied to embedded firmware and drivers.

  • Knowledge of AUTOSAR concepts, including RTE, communication, diagnostics, and storage.

  • Experience with debugging tools such as JTAG, logic analyzers, and protocol analyzers.

  • Understanding of RTOS and embedded operating system concepts.

  • Experience writing unit tests in C++ using gtest and gmock.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Knowledge of TriCore, ARM, and POSIX environments.

  • Experience with MISRA, CERT, or other static code analysis standards.

  • Experience with a scripting language.

  • Experience with Ruby, Python, and PyTest.

  • Knowledge of functional safety and security standards.

Research indicates that some candidates, especially the most diverse ones, may hesitate to apply for positions if they don't meet all requirements. If you believe you possess the necessary skills, even if not meeting every requirement, we wholeheartedly encourage you to submit your application.

WHAT WE OFFER?

  • The opportunity to work in an international environment on advanced embedded software initiatives.

  • Support for professional growth through challenging assignments and collaboration with experienced specialists.

  • A work environment that values quality, responsibility, and continuous improvement.

WHAT WE OFFER?

  • Permanent employment contract.

  • Individual support from a People Lead, development path, and access to coaching.

  • Comprehensive training package (technical, soft skills, languages, certification support).

  • Employee Assistance Program (legal, financial, psychological support).

  • Eligibility for Employee Share Purchase Plan and dividends.

  • Paid employee referral program.

  • Private medical care and life insurance.

  • Access to Worksmile platform (including Multisport).
