As an IAM Engineer, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and evolution of enterprise-level Global Directory (LDAP) services. You will work on a business‑critical identity platform, supporting daily operations while contributing to improvements and future cloud migration initiatives.

YOUR MISSION: 

  • Operate and support Global Directory (LDAP) services across multiple environments, including manual data maintenance and user management

  • Perform manual interventions such as copying users between environments and maintaining directory data consistency

  • Develop, customize, and maintain LDAP scripts for reporting, audits, staging, and export purposes, including adding new attributes and filtering bind/access data

  • Implement schema extensions within a defined OID range and customize Access Control Instructions (ACIs) across environments

  • Troubleshoot LDAP-related issues and collaborate with international teams on service stability, standardization, and continuous improvement

  • Support preparation activities for a planned cloud migration in the coming years

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)

  • 2–5 years of experience in directory services, identity management, or infrastructure / operations engineering roles

  • Hands-on experience with LDAP / Active Directory, including: LDAP, LDIF, ldapmodify, ldapsearch

  • Strong experience working in Linux environments, including shell scripting for automation and reporting

  • Ability to work in complex, enterprise-scale production environments

  • Advanced English language skills (B2+)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments

  • Terraform, Kubernetes

  • Cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS)

  • Ops Services

  • Exposure to cloud or hybrid identity migrations
