Job Summary
The Analyst will support consulting engagements for banking clients by contributing to business analysis, client research, and solution development.
The role involves driving growth and transformation for banking clients by acting as a trusted advisor to C‑suite leaders. In this role you will support and grow consulting-led deals, own account financials, and align Accenture’s capabilities to deliver business transformation and innovation agendas. Strong banking industry network, senior stakeholder management, and consulting experience are critical for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior leaders in understanding client business priorities and banking industry context
- Assist in consulting engagements and transformation initiatives for FS/banking clients
- Contribute solution development, proposals, and deal support activities
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate delivery and consulting support
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders (mid‑management to senior levels)
- Support account growth activities through research, analysis, and client insights
- Help track account performance, commercials, and engagement deliverables
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations
- Demonstrate ownership of assigned workstreams and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery
Professional & Technical Skills:
Strong client communication and presentation skills
Ability to work with banking/FS clients in a professional, consultative manner
Good stakeholder coordination skills (working with client managers and internal teams)
Analytical thinking to understand client business problems and priorities
Strong relationship‑building skills at peer and mid‑management level
Team player who supports collaboration and knowledge sharing

Experience – 2 – 4 years
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or post graduate degree in management (PGDM)
