Your Mission

You advise leading organizations on how to design and scale AI- and data-driven transformations with a strong focus on agentic AI and decision intelligence. From vision and strategy to execution, you help clients operationalize AI responsibly and at scale — turning insights into adaptive, automated business outcomes.

Your Daily Work

  • Translate complex business challenges into AI, analytics, and agentic use cases linked to strategic objectives and measurable KPIs

  • Design data, AI, and agentic strategies, including first‑party data enablement, real-time activation, and decision intelligence frameworks

  • Define agentic AI architectures across data platforms, model layers, decisioning engines, and orchestration components

  • Advise clients on modern data ecosystems (e.g. lakehouses, data hubs, identity layers) enabling autonomous decision-making

  • Support the setup of AI operating models and Centers of Excellence, including governance for models, agents, and human‑in‑the‑loop systems

  • Lead executive workshops to shape AI visions, prioritize high‑impact use cases, and define transformation roadmaps

  • Build business cases quantifying AI impact across customer engagement, operations, and intelligent automation

  • Collaborate closely with data engineers, ML engineers, and architects to align strategy, models, and production deployment (MLOps / LLMOps)

  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to thought leadership in agentic AI and decision intelligence

Who You Are

  • You bring 5–8 years of experience in AI strategy, data analytics, or digital transformation consulting

  • You have a strong understanding of modern data platforms such as Azure, GCP, Databricks, BigQuery, or Snowflake

  • You are familiar with AI technologies and paradigms, including machine learning, LLMs, prompt engineering, and emerging agentic frameworks

  • You have experience with AI operationalization, including MLOps, LLMOps, governance, and monitoring

  • You are skilled at translating between business needs, data strategy, and technical AI implementation

  • You manage stakeholders confidently across business, data, IT, and AI leadership

  • You enjoy working in agile, cross‑functional environments

  • You communicate complex topics clearly and convincingly at executive level
