The successful candidate will design, develop, and support PeopleSoft applications for global clients — spanning implementations, upgrades, and managed services engagements. This role blends hands-on technical development with client-facing delivery responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop reports and interfaces using SQR, BI Publisher / XML Publisher, and nVision.

  • Customize and configure PeopleSoft HCM and/or Financials / Supply Chain modules to meet client business requirements.

  • Build and maintain Fluid UI pages, workflows, and Approval Framework configurations.

  • Perform PeopleSoft upgrades, patch applications, PUM image updates, and environment migrations.

  • Write optimized SQL (Oracle) and shell scripts to support data, integration, and performance needs.

  • Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and support system integration and user acceptance testing.

  • Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

  • (Lead level) Provide technical leadership, mentor junior team members, estimate effort, and own end-to-end delivery of technical workstreams.

Required Qualifications

  • Senior Analyst: 4–7 years of hands-on PeopleSoft technical development experience.

  • Consultant / Lead: 7–12 years of PeopleSoft development experience, including lead or module-owner responsibilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong command of PeopleTools 8.5x or higher, including Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface, and Integration Broker.

  • Proven experience with SQR, BI Publisher / XML Publisher, and Query Manager.

  • Working knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM and/or Financials & Supply Chain modules.

  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL / PL-SQL and relational database concepts.

  • Experience with Fluid UI, Workflow, and Approval Framework.

  • Experience supporting at least one full PeopleSoft implementation, upgrade, or major patch/PUM cycle.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to PeopleSoft integrations with cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud HCM, Workday, SAP, etc.).

  • Experience with REST/SOAP web services and Integration Broker configuration.

  • Familiarity with Unix/Linux shell scripting and PeopleSoft on cloud infrastructure (OCI, AWS, Azure).

  • Experience in a consulting or client-facing delivery environment.

  • Oracle / PeopleSoft certifications.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document technical designs and present to client stakeholders.
