AI / ML Engineer (Biotech/Pharma)

En este rol trabajarás de forma autónoma, desarrollando un profundo conocimiento técnico mientras colaboras activamente con equipos multidisciplinares para resolver retos complejos del negocio.
Participarás de forma directa en iniciativas avanzadas de Large Language Models Fine-Tuning, contribuyendo al desarrollo de soluciones de alto impacto que ayudarán a nuestros clientes a transformar su negocio mediante inteligencia artificial.
Diseñar y desarrollar sistemas de inteligencia artificial y machine learning utilizando servicios de IA en la nube.
Diseñar e implementar pipelines de datos escalables que soporten el entrenamiento de modelos y los entornos productivos.
Adaptar y aplicar modelos de deep learning e inteligencia artificial generativa en función de las necesidades del negocio y la disponibilidad de datos.
Evaluar la calidad, el rendimiento y el valor de las soluciones mediante análisis y métricas rigurosas.
Colaborar en actividades de investigación y desarrollo de nuevos algoritmos de inteligencia artificial, modelos de computación de alto rendimiento y simulaciones.
Trabajar con grandes volúmenes de datos, aplicando técnicas de preprocesado que garanticen datos de alta calidad para entrenamiento y producción.
Implementar y mantener mecanismos eficientes de almacenamiento y recuperación de datos y conocimiento para los modelos, utilizando las herramientas adecuadas.
Required skills:
Experiencia avanzada en Large Language Model Fine-Tuning.
Al menos 1 año de experiencia en habilidades técnicas relacionadas.
Titulación universitaria (Grado) en un área de estudio relevante.
Preferred Skills
Experiencia avanzada en AI Agents.
Conocimientos avanzados en Arquitectura de Bases de Datos.
Experiencia con Foundation Models.
Sólidos conocimientos en Machine Learning.
Experiencia intermedia en Foundation Model Fine-Tuning.
