A Day in the Life:
- Attend daily team meetings to review progress and discuss upcoming development tasks.
- Design, develop, configure, test, debug, deploy, document, and maintain web service applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following established coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and application designs.
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of software enhancements.
- Validate that solutions align approved architectural designs and defined business needs.
- Mentor junior developers through technical guidance and best–practice sharing.
- Continuously improve technical skills through training and professional development.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement development best practices.
- Act as a technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing project updates and status reports.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a closely related technical field ((completed or currently in progress; undergraduates welcome), with foundational skills in programming, data analysis, systems analysis, or technical problem‑solving.
- 3 – 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer using any Java platforms (Java Enterprise Edition)
- Professional experience with at least one frontend framework such as React.js, Angular, Vue.js.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Experience designing, building, testing, and maintaining web service applications.
- Experience creating and interpretating UML diagrams: use case, activity, and sequence diagrams.
- Experience applying common software design patterns to solve development problems.
- Experience using IDEs such as Eclipse or IntelliJ
- Experience with version control systems and collaboration tools.
- Experience writing unit tests using Junit, Mockito, or PowerMock
- Experience working with structured data formats such as JSON and YAML.
- Experience building or working with CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience mentoring junior developers or providing technical guidance.
- Experience using API documentation and measuring tools such as Swagger, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
- Experience using code quality and security scanning tools such as SonarQube, Fortify, or WebInspect.
- Experience working with SOAP-based web services.
- Experience using Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience identifying and mitigating common web application security vulnerabilities.
